Walking the sidewalks to the nearby East Park, you'll feel the rich history in the beautiful design and character of the nestled buildings. This home is on a through-fare from downtown to East Nashville, so grab a drink and watch the hustle and bustle from the front porch! Remember, scooter riders are people, too.

You are booking a single-family house with it's own parking and yard, so you'll have access to everything in the house and its yard. Also on the property is a mother-in-law quarters, a small house that a detached dwelling unit. This unit has its gated yard and will typically be rented by another guest. The only shared space on the property is the parking area but you will have 2 designated parking spots.

There are 2 parking spots available for your group in our parking area, accessed via the alley in the back. The parking area is shared with tenants renting the guest house in the back. Feel free to use the gate, however, it is old and if it gives you problems, it's best to leave it open. There is plenty of additional street parking on 7th Ave. Walk to Nissan Stadium, Downtown via the Pedestrian Bridge, or East Nashville! Don't want to walk? We are steps away to a bus stop that goes to Downtown or take an Uber/Lyft that is typically $10-$20 depending on the hour. Locals and visitors utilize the electric scooter rentals (Byrd, Lime...) though they are often easier to obtain downtown for a ride back home. This unbeatable location is minutes to Broadway, Bridgstone Arena, Five Points, and every thing else Music City has to offer such as the Ryman, The Schermerhorn, Country Music Hall of Fame, etc..
